བསམ་བློ་གང་ནས་བཏང་ན་ཡང་། སུ་གང་གི་ནོར་འཁྲུལ་རེད་མི་འདུག

སྔོན་མ་སྔོན་མ་དུས་ཚོད་གཅིག ང་ཚོ་གཉིས་ཀ་ཆུང་ཆུང་སྐབས།
འཛིན་གྲྭ་ནང་གི་བུ་ཚང་མ། ཁྱོད་ལ་སེམས་པ་ཤོར་བའི་སྐབས།
ང་ནི་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྐད་ཆ་བཤད་ཡག་ཕར་ཞོགས། མིག་ཙམ་ཡང་བལྟ་མ་ནུས།

ང་ནམ་མཁའ་སྟེང་གི་བྱ་ཞིག་ཡིན། ཁྱེད་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གཏིང་གི་ཉ་ཞིག་རེད།
གནམ་སྔོན་པོ་ཁྱེད་ལ་ཡང་དྲགས་ན། ཆུ་ལྗང་ཁུ་ང་ལ་ལྗིད་དྲགས་སོང་།

སྔོན་མ་སྔོན་མ་དུས་ཚོད་གཅིག། ང་ཚོ་གཉིས་ཀ་གཞོན་གཞོན་སྐབས།
ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་གཏམ་ལས་སྙན་པ་མེད། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ལུས་ལས་འཇམ་པ་མེད།
ང་གཉིས་ག་པར་འགྲོ་ནའང་མཉམ་དུ་ཕྱིན། སྐར་མ་གཅིག་ཀྱང་བྲལ་མ་ནུས།

ནམ་དུས་འགྱུར་བ་ཐེབས་འགྲོ་གི ལོ་མ་ས་ལ་ཟག་ཡོང་གི
དགུན་ཁའི་རླུང་འཚུབ་ལང་ཡོང་དུས། ཡིབ་ས་གཅིག་ཀྱང་ལྷག་མི་འདུག

སྔོན་མ་སྔོན་མ་དུས་ཚོད་གཅིག། ང་ཚོ་གཉིས་ཀ་གཞོན་གཞོན་སྐབས།
ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ལོ་མ་ལྗང་བའི་སྐབས། སེམས་པ་གསེར་ལས་བཟང་བའི་སྐབས།
འཛམ་གླིང་ཉི་མར་བསྐོར་བ་ནང་བཞིན། ང་ཡང་སྐོར་བ་ཁྱོད་ལ་བསྐོར།

ཁྱོད་ནི་ནུབ་ནས་ཤར་ལ་ཡོང་། ང་ནི་ཤར་ནས་ནུབ་ལ་འགྲོ།
བསམ་བློ་གང་ནས་བཏང་ན་ཡང་། ང་གཉིས་ལས་ལ་བཀོད་མི་འདུག
